3. Delivery and charges
Delivery to UK addresses normally takes 3 working days from the date of despatch of your order by us. It is made through independent carriers. The independent carrier may require a signature from you on receipt of your order.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days of making your order, please contact us.
Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as practicable. Please retain the original packaging.
Our delivery charges are calculated based on weight and delivery destination. You may find that you can lower the delivery charges by splitting your order. Please contact us for further information.
If your order exceeds 5kg, please call us on the number shown in the shipping selection box. You will be provided with a code you can use on the checkout page which will automatically calculate the delivery charge due. If you checkout without a delivery charge, we will invoice you the charges separately.
We will keep charges for overseas deliveries as low as we can. But we cannot and do not make provision for any import costs or taxes charged in the destination country via customs or the postal service. You will need to check this yourself if you are unsure whether any additional costs will be levied.
